📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long will it take to receive my order? We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping to the United States and Canada typically takes 5-8 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy? At KAELORA™, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our support team at help@kaelorawb.com, and we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Please inspect your KAELORA™ order upon reception. Contact us immediately at help@kaelorawb.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Are there any non-returnable items? For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable skincare products (like gels or serums) or gift cards. However, your KAELORA™ device is always fully covered under our 30-day policy.
How long does it take to process a refund? Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I use my current skincare products with your devices? Yes! In fact, using KAELORA™ devices can actually enhance the effectiveness of your favorite serums and moisturizers by improving their absorption. We recommend applying a water-based serum or conductive gel before using our microcurrent devices for optimal glide and results.
